Please fill out the below form to have your event placed on the church calendar. This form may also be used to submit information to be placed in the church Announcements.
Please note, events/activities will be announced in the following ways:
- Event will be added to our online calendar and announcement pages.
- Event information (or a link to the online announcement page) will included in the weekly email newsletter.
- Event information will be placed on the weekly Connect Group Announcement Sheet.
- Event information will scroll “on screen” in the Worship Center prior to the Sunday Morning Worship Service.
- Event information sheet posted at “Ministry Central” in the Main Foyer (if requested).
- If/when appropriate, event information will be placed in the announcement section of the printed Sunday Bulletin. This space is limited and generally reserved for Church Wide or Large Group events.
- Only church-wide and mission-critical announcements will be made from the stage.
